About the LFS Suites Network

Lavanya's Fantasy Suites is a network of beautiful places where SL residents can have romantic get-aways in seclusion and luxury.  Customers visit the rental gallery where they can decide which suite to rent and pay to reserve the room they want for as many hours as they desire.

When we started, we were building all our own suites, but demand outpaced the growth of our rooms. So we have opened up our network to people like you who already have their own suites they have built and own. Once accredited, we set up the security and payment systems for you, start bringing you customers, and pay you the lion's share of every rental and report on activity in your suites.

Why are we doing this?

We know how hard it is to make a good suite. We also know that it takes time and money. We are looking to add quality suites to our network and share the revenue they generate with those that join our network. You simply join our network, host your suite on your land, and we take care of things like security, billing and payment, and customer service. It’s that easy!

Unlike many ventures in Second Life, we are looking to partner instead of compete. By joining forces, we can offer Second Life something it desperately needs: Quiet and secure spaces to foster romance and more!

How do I start?

Ready to join? Great! The first step in the process is IMing our operations manager in-world. Send an IM (offline IMs are fine) to Dode Goodliffe letting her know you are interested in joining the LFS Suites Network.

After an initial chat to learn more about your business, your goals and your suites, we take care of the rest! This includes:

• Suite accreditation: We review your suite to make sure it is up to our standards of quality, ease of use, and activities.
• Installation of security system: Includes placing our custom security orb and defining the security perimeter of your suite and setting it to give your clients maximum privacy while allowing you access as needed.
• Rento and search integration: Includes professional photography of the suite for marketing materials and rento face, brochure and web material production and software customization to handle automated customer payment and suite owner cuts.
