It's very time consuming and expensive to build suites. Lavanya only built a few of them. Most are owned and operated by other great builders. This means Lavanya doesn't earn nearly as much on each rental, but you get a huge and growing selection to choose from.

If you see one suite is more expensive than others, that means more people have been using it lately than others. Really; take advantage of the overlooked suites. They're all great.
